Well Balanced Walking Club
Join us for a casual morning walk monthly between May and September around different locations in Sioux Falls. Each month we will partner with another local small business to bring you education, awareness and/or samples. The whole family is welcome, so grab your sneakers and lets get to walking because movement is medicine!

Mommy + Me Workout
Join us for the fourth Thursday of each month for a mommy and me workout.
We will host a 45-minute workout tailored specifically for the postpartum period — designed for new moms who have been cleared to exercise and have infants who are not yet crawling or walking. Whether you’re on maternity leave or staying home with your little one, this session will help you reconnect with your core and pelvic floor, rebuild strength, improve mobility, and optimize your recovery after baby.
Bring a yoga mat if you have one you love, a water bottle, your baby, and something cozy to lay them on — we’ll take care of the rest!
Well Balanced Postpartum Webinar
Not local to Sioux Falls? No problem! We try to hose our postpartum webinar quarterly to bring you tips and tricks for your postpartum recovery. Topics include return to exercise, scar mobility and a walking program to give you actionable strategies to use at home to optimize your postpartum exerperience.
