Class Descriptions

Small Group Training

Guided strength training in a supportive, small group setting designed to help you move well, build strength, and feel confident in your body. Each session blends movement science with expert coaching and intentional programming, giving you individualized attention while benefiting from the energy of training alongside others. You’ll use a variety of equipment—including treadmill, cycle, TRX, and bench work—while learning proper technique, improving mobility, and optimizing how your body moves. With flexible scheduling and a class size capped at four, this experience offers a personalized, high-quality approach to strength training in a motivating group environment.

 

Well Balanced Signature​

Our signature 45-minute class blends strength training, cardiovascular work, and recovery into one well-rounded session designed to support longevity. You’ll start with a mobility-based warm-up, move into targeted strength work to build lean muscle, and finish with intervals to support cardiovascular health. Class wraps up with a restorative cool down so you leave feeling strong, balanced, and recharged. This class is rooted in evidence-based programming to help you build strength and resilience for the long term.

Strong

A strength-focused class designed to build lean muscle, support bone density, and improve overall resilience. Expect intentional, full-body programming using controlled, targeted movements. This low-impact, 45-minute class is efficient, effective, and designed to help you feel strong and capable in your body.

 

Mat​

Inspired by Pilates and physical therapy principles, this mat-based class focuses on mobility, posture, breath, and muscular endurance. Movements are controlled, intentional, and paired with breath to improve body awareness and proprioception. This class helps you connect to your muscles in a different way, creating a strong foundation that carries over into strength training and everyday movement.

 

Sign up for classes opens 30 days in advance. Spots are limited to 15 people.
