Postpartum Recommendations for Mom

You had a baby... now what?!

  • Prioritize rest, hydration and nutrition!

  • Begin diaphragmatic breathing as soon as possible

  • Try mobility exercises when you feel ready

  • Schedule a session with a pelvic floor PT 😉

  • Message your provider(s) if you're needing further support prior to 6 weeks
